FAQs

  • What is the contract length?

    Contracts in Warsaw Wolska are for 12 months, with the option for extension.

  • What documents do I need?

    1. A copy of your passport (or local ID card for EU nationals) and
    2. A university acceptance letter or copy of the student card if you are already studying.

  • When can I move in?

    You may move in at any time during office hours after your contract start date. If you plan to arrive outside of office hours, please obtain confirmation from the managers. Detailed arrival information will also be provided one month before your tenancy begins.

  • What do I have to bring?

    You need to supply your bedding and towels, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Our team can help you look for the best deals and offer advice on where to find everything you might need. You can buy a bed set through us, contact the managers for more information.

  • What about noise?

    All residents are requested to be respectful of other residents. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during the hours posted at the property.

  • What is the process for moving out?

    Before you leave you have to empty, tidy and clean your room and make an appointment for the room inspection. The local team will come to check your room for cleanliness and any damages. You need to return your key. The deposit will be returned after your tenancy has ended and the rental payments or any damages for which you are responsible have been fully paid.
